Happenings

My dad is doing great. Thank you everyone, for your support!

The Handy Husband has been busy in the garage. He has a blog now (but it's me doing all the blogging so far! Mwahaha!)

We've never been able to fit two cars in the garage until now.

We had a lovely Saturday afternoon with family at the beach. Frank taught Ernest how to solve the Rubik's cube.

Frank is making an effort around the house (based on some not so subtle suggestions from me) and cooked spaghetti for dinner last night. I think he's going to cook on Wednesday, too. In Ernest's limited spare time, he has been working on his cousin's treehouse. He is waiting for his cuckoo clock from Germany to be delivered today. (UPDATE @ 2:45: Clock is here!)

I just love the activities at/hear your house. Everyone has so many interesting things going on. (Except Frank, but at least he's trying!)

It sounds like all is right in your world.

Siiiiiiiigh. Your garage is making Bossy feel guilty about her fire trap. Er, she means 'basement'.

So glad to hear your dad is doing well and that it wasn't what they thought!

And good on ya for getting someone else to cook dinner! I'm still working on that...

Good to know your Dad is well and I love the idea of kids cooking. Must go make suggestions to my own brood now!

LOL! My Spyder is a Rubik's cube maniac! So far his fastest time is 2 minutes 35 seconds. He says he's trying to figure out the "speed solve" now. As if under 3 minutes isn't speedy enough. HA!
