Saturday PhotoHunt: Seasonal

Saturday Photohunt's Seasonal theme inspired me to return.

It's Scarecrow Season around here.  I haven't made it all the way around town yet.  Here are the first two that are closest to my house.

I found a very relaxed Elvis in the window of a tasting room.  He may have indulged in too much Elvira wine.

And here's a well dressed redhead.  Could she be his contemporary Ann-Margret?  This consignment shop has the friendliest owners, beautiful displays, and lots of great clothing from local celebrities, but not much in my size.  But it's still fun to look.

I didn't realise scarecrows were seasonal in some places! :O

Here in Hong Kong, they appear to populate certain fields all year round... :)

They are using scarecrows as models these days and they look cool when dressed up.

Great shots for this week's theme. I saw some great ones when I was in the Berkshires earlier this fall.

Have a super weekend.

Wow, no scarecrows around here! (We're kinda glad, cuz we think it might spook us kitties!) Allie thinks the redhead could use a makeover...HA!

Ours is up too - Fall Colors from the Sky

Neat take on the theme and good use of scarecrows as models.

Do you have more scarecrow photos to share with us? Those two are wonderful!

The only ones I have seen around here are the cheap ones from WallyWorld and the craft stores.
