Kitchen Safety

Very few of the knives in my kitchen are sharp. This one was. I dropped it. This is what happened:

Thank goodness I jumped back in time! I swear this is not staged or retouched! Please excuse the filthy floor. (Although some of the other marks are also knife scars, not dirt.) I guess it's time for some spring cleaning. I did scrub out the kitchen trash can today.

We made deviled eggs Sunday night so it was an opportunity to practice close-up photography. Eight pictures of an egg! I'm obsessed. They were soooo tasty!

  2. You are SO lucky with that knife! I love deviled eggs too, although I have never put pickles on them, just paprika!
