Inside Outside

Well, yes, more cat pictures.

Francine is an inside cat. She came to us that way, and she is so skittish we'd never find her if she went out. But she does like to sit in the window and sniff the warm air.

And here she is from the other direction.

Another cat in the neighborhood was enjoying the warm sunshine.  I walk by this window often, noting the two baskets so perfectly placed, but this is the first time I have seen a cat in one!

You probably hate me because I used the word warm twice.   But we have no rain.  My lawn is not going to be green much longer. That's the only little patch that still was green.  I think we're allowed to water a little in the evenings. Also I just heard we can't even wash cars in the driveway.  Handy Husband is going to suffer over that.

I was on the wet side of the state over the weekend -- and it was WET and so very green that it almost hurt my eyes. Our lawn is brown but mostly from the freezing cold weather. I'm a bit worried about our rather dry winter up here and really worried about how dry it is in California.

I wonder if both baskets are for the that one cat or if they have 2 window kitties?
