The Ever Changing Beard
Frank's been sporting what I worried would turn into a ZZTop look for a while.
It was time for a change. To Simon Legree? Snidely Whiplash?
It's for a gig with a costume night. The theme is cowboys and indians. We didn't have a Clint Eastwood poncho so he made do.

Definitely Buffalo Bill! My own bearded son has -- to my great relief -- stopped growing his beard out so long that he looks like a homeless person (the bare feet assist in that image). He's still a barefooter but he did give himself a close cut on his head and face before the school year began.

Well, I had the impression they were blue, but I just looked again and saw GREEN!
He definitely owns the look! My son's beard style is ginger mountain man. I assume his girlfriend must like it :)

I like only one kind of beard --the closely trimmed kind. Thank goodness my husband feels the same :-)

Boys! My son spent a couple of years wearing the hairstyle Jeff Daniels sported in "Dumb and Dumber." I was really glad when he outgrew that!
