Remember my horrible frozen pizza? Ugh! Now THIS is a lot better. Homemade (except the crust was focaccia from Costco). All the toppings were found in the fridge. Good thing I have more focaccia in the freezer!
Now we're talkin'! Your pizza posts remind me that my little old mother lives alone and cooks her own dinner, usually a tiny frozen microwave entree. We do all her shopping and struggle to find meals which are (1) not gross, (2) at least somewhat nutritious, and (3) extremely uncomplicated to prepare. We do also portion out servings of stuff that we make, which she likes, but it isn't always feasible. Frozen pizzas (no side-eye to anyone who likes them) don't make the cut. I know that after living a long and healthy life, at age 92, if Mom wants cookies for dinner, she is entitled to them, but I feel obligated to aim higher at least most of the time. Her doctor smiles and says she looks darn good to him and she can have what she likes. And your little chef's surprise pizza looks delicious!

I've gone years without a good frozen pizza experience. This looks better.
