I had to hunt Frank down at work for this.
He's Luigi. He says Luigi's the smart one.
I have no idea about those things.
He went to his girlfriend's to hand out candy.
The first trick or treater was his "brother," Mario.
His real brother finally came through with a picture a few days later.
