Tomato Time
I joke about my brown thumb but I do manage to keep a few tomato plants alive each year. I planted these about two weeks ago.
And they are still alive and growing! Now the question is, will my non-tomato-eating son remember to water them while I am away?

I have given up trying to grow tomatoes. It breaks my heart.
I used to do so well with tomatoes in my Mid Atlantic zone, but I am finding that my Vermont conditions apparently doesn't jive so well with tomato plants :(
Therefore, you can usually find me making a trip back down to my parents house when their tomatoes are in and then hauling them across state lines!!!! ;)
If he knows what's good for him, he'll remember to water them!
I know, I have a Black thumb..and high hopes, as I do every year, for my tomato seedlings :)
He better water them! They look like they're off to a good start.
