Mashed

I made the recipe on the back of these potatoes the other night.  Or rather, I threw the ingredients in the bowl while Ernest smashed up the potatoes.  He took a taste, and then said, "Mom, I have to lick the masher!"  They were that good.  Of course I did not have brie in the house so I substituted cream cheese.  This recipe is a keeper.

Cream cheese? Those would be some impressively rich spuds!

I usually just boil up a couple pounds of potatoes, drain them and then mash with a stick of butter, sour cream, pepper and garlic salt.
But now I want to try your recipe!
